On the behalf of our board members and volunteers across the nation we request your support in way of a donation (see attached packet) for our upcoming event. The annual conference provides a much needed training – networking – support for all those who work in the field of missing persons nationwide; but more importantly those who suffer the loss of a missing loved one.

We value your contribution towards our effort to educate and provide unity among those who work on the ground floor to provide services and search efforts for missing children and adults. We are proud to be the host city and are one of the first to reach beyond the daily political avenues of solving cases; bringing forth a national understanding of the grief and devastation concerning missing persons and those that is left behind to suffer and that goes unnoticed.
Please obtain this letter for your permanent records and a receipt of acknowledgement will be provided for your contribution upon closure of the year; both should be used for 2013 tax purpose.
Again, thank you and we look forward to having your support. As we remain in search of the missing, Monica Caison
