Medical Conditions: Prior open heart surgery,spinal fusions. Has rods in left ankle.

CIrcumstances of Disappearance:
Pike was last seen 06/26/09 by a neighbor walking down Linwood Drive in Surry City , North Carolina with a male acquaintance carrying fishing rods. Others have reported seeing Pike at a store called “Swift Stop” in the community of Mt Airy/ Flatrock. Shortly after Pike’s disappearance, a burnt camping tent was found in the woods that belonged to the male acquaintance  that Pike was last known to be seen with. Pike may travel to the State of Florida.
