Cabana wore a beard and moustache at the time of his disappearance.
Medical Conditions: Cabana suffers from bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. He was hospitalized for these conditions a few days before his disappearance.

Details of Disappearance
Cabana reported missing in Jackson County, Florida on June 18, 2002, after his relatives had not heard from him in several days. When police went to check his house, they found the driveway gate closed and locked. Cabana’s house was also locked, his wallet and cellular phone were inside, and the security system was turned on. He has never been heard from again.

Cabana was hospitalized for his mental illness a few days before he vanished. In addition to being listed as a missing person. Cabana has visited Costa Rica in the past, but there is no indication that he is there now. His case remains unsolved.
