I have lived in the Huntington (Tri-state) area for years. The community is still deeply searching for answers. All we want is for the Burns family to have some closure even though it will never bring Samantha fully back, but only if she could be buried at the family plot where they could visit and mourn the right way with her remains. What happened in our town is terrifying to this day..... Many of us from the community has vowed that any where we go, where ever we step foot at, whether we are hunting, going to the boat docks, parkways or any place for that matter, we will keep our eyes open in hopes of finding Samantha. Thoughts & prayers to the Burns family & all who loved her. May God help the investigators in finding Samantha.

You said it was a similar package with similar info, from the same inmate? If so, I'd say he doesn't remember this location as well as the other one. He was right the first time! He sounds like a Ted Bundy type, traveling from state to state during his killing spree. Interesting he was clever enough to make an escape, and conscientious enough to decide to come clean.
