Details of Disappearance
Smith was last seen on October 3, 2006. He left his family’s Winston-Salem, North Carolina home driving his turquoise 1993 Pontiac Grand Am with North Carolina license plates numbered NYB3645 and has never been heard from again. Smith maintained daily contact with his loved ones prior to his disappearance, but they have not heard from him since he went missing.

Dedrick Smith, 26, disappeared from Winston-Salem in October 2006. Smith suffers from a mental illness and is in need of medication. Police and family continue to search for answers in his case.
