Gaines was a college freshman at Gainesville State College (Oconee Campus) when he was last seen in the early morning hours of Nov. 2, 2007. He walked out of Wild Bill’s establishment in Duluth, GA, but was never seen actually leaving the property. It is not known if foul play was involved in Justin’s disappearance.
